Under the “Industrial & Provident Societies Act of 1893” (No. IP04654R). 2. M&DCC, Joined the Association of Conservative Clubs, ( ACC ), in June 1908. Also at this time, adopted the ACC Rules into the Club’s Rules, (as amended). 3. M&DCC, Is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, ( FCA ). 4. M&DCC, Rules 2006, amended 19 July 2007.
